Special Educational Needs Provision

Picture a school that is an inclusive learning environment that supports all of its children regardless of ability or the challenges that they face in their learning.

Picture a school where the children’s voice is heard and valued, ensuring that they have a say in the provision they receive, are settled, happy and ready to learn.

Picture a school community where children support each other, celebrating difference and demonstrating tolerance.

At Wraxall Church of England Primary School our aim is to ensure that we invest in the whole child, striving to work in collaborative partnership with families and outside agencies (for example, Speech and Language Therapy, Educational Psychologists) so that children in our community with SEND know that they are valued as part of the Wraxall family, making sure that appropriate access to the curriculum is available for them.

Supporting parents/carers

In addition to supporting children in school, we value parents/ carers and want to support parents who have inclusion needs and parents who have children with additional needs.

As a result, this page is designed to give parents/carers access to any of the information you may require regarding additional needs provision at Wraxall Church of England Primary School.

Please see the SEND Report document below.

Listed below are some helpful websites that offer help and advice to families of children with SEND and our school SEND Report that details what provision looks like at Wraxall Church of England Primary School.

Our SENDCo is Mrs Victoria Sheppard.
