School Trips

At Wraxall we are passionate about enrichment and cultural capital. Throughout the year all pupils participate in a wide range of exciting school trips as we seek to engage the children in their learning. Our curriculum offer is broad and balanced and we value all curriculum areas. This is reflected through the school trips that our children take part in. There is often a termly trip linked to the current class topic.  Our stunning location is used throughout the year with visits to Tyntesfield, Nailsea and Bristol. Reception also go on a weekly welly walk through the local countryside.

We plan out our enrichment activities to support learning in class while also providing additional extra-curricular learning to take place too. We regularly update our planner and adapt our trip provision based on exciting new local offers.

Every year our Year 5 and 6 pupils have the opportunity to go on the highly anticipated and popular three day residential trip. This has included visiting Hooke Court in Dorset and Kilve Court in Somerset.

Please complete the Parent Volunteers Form to offer to help on school trips. These trips would not be possible without the support of our parent volunteers and those within our school community.
